Returns

We guarantee our products 100%.

However, in the event of a claim, this must be communicated to us within 7 days from receiving.

If an item is shipped incorrectly or defective we will pay for the return shipping costs. For returns or exchanges for any other reason, customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We will accept only new, unopened and unused items in the same condition that were shipped, in the original packaging.

All returns, exchanges or refunds must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of the initial delivery for a full refund.

After the 30 days unfortunately we can’t offer any refund, exchange or return.

For ALL the returns,  a "RAC" (Return Authorization Code) must be requested and included in the return box. Returns without a RAC will not be accepted.

We will process all the refunds within four weeks from when the return is received by our warehouse although we usually process the refund much more quickly.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned under any circumstance.
