Return and Refund Policy

Full-Price Items

We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Saponificio Varesino purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with our full-price items, Saponificio Varesino will be happy to offer a refund on unopened, unused and in full re-selling conditions within 7 days of your delivery date. Shipping expenses are not refundable and at our discretion items may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable or exchangeable.
For health reasons, Shaving brushes and razors which have been used cannot be returned unless defective.

To Process Return

Please have your order number ready (reference your original confirmation email from Saponificio Varesino).
If your return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package reasons.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
Return packages must use a tracked shipping service and tracking information must be provided prior to arrival in order to process return. Refunds for returns without tracking provided cannot be processed.

Sale Items

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are unable to extend promotions or discounts past their deadlines.

Damages

If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email sales@brandtomarkets.com within 10 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly to provide with possible options.
