Return and Refund Policy
Full-Price Items
- We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Saponificio Varesino purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied with our full-price items, Saponificio Varesino will be happy to offer a refund on unopened, unused and in full re-selling conditions within 7 days of your delivery date. Shipping expenses are not refundable and at our discretion items may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable or exchangeable.
- For health reasons, Shaving brushes and razors which have been used cannot be returned unless defective.
To Process Return

- Please have your order number ready (reference your original confirmation email from Saponificio Varesino).
- If your return is authorized, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package reasons.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted
- Return packages must use a tracked shipping service and tracking information must be provided prior to arrival in order to process return. Refunds for returns without tracking provided cannot be processed.
Sale Items
- All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are unable to extend promotions or discounts past their deadlines.
Damages
- If upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email sales@brandtomarkets.com within 10 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage. A member of our Customer Care team will be in contact with you shortly to provide with possible options.
