Free Shipping for all orders over $75 (US) and $100 (CAN) after all discounts, including vouchers for reward points, and before applicable taxes and shipping charges.

Since we are located in New Jersey all orders shipped to:

  • the East Coast should be expected to arrive within 1-3 days 
  • the West Coast should be expected to arrive within 5-10 days.

Please keep this in mind when placing your order. Please ensure you've chosen the correct shipping address as once it has left our warehouse we are unable to update the address, if not updated in time, the customer is responsible for locating their order or replacing their order. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been picked & packed at our warehouse, please call us directly for options. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 days of receipt. Processing and shipping time does not include weekends or national holidays. Standard shipping is offered free of charge with orders over $75 in the continental US (Hawaii , Alaska and U.S. territories excluded) and $100 for orders to Canada.

  • We do not ship to PO boxes

  • Expedited delivery is available at an additional charge, please contact our customer care team at sales@brandtomarkets.com with inquiries.
  • The free shipping offer may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
  • For orders that do not qualify for Free Shipping, we offer flat shipping rate of $15.
  • We are not responsible for any errors you make in order's contents, delivery address entry or if you are not available to receive the order. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes. In case your order gets returned to us due to your data entry error or your absence at the time of delivery, we can:
    • Issue a Refund: We will issue a refund if you choose to cancel your order after such an instance of non-delivery. We will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund, as well as any additional charges/penalties shipping carriers apply for returning the package to us; or
    • Re-ship: In such cases, an additional fee will apply to reship your goods.
